RICA Donation Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Research Institute of Cosmic Awareness (RICA).
By making a donation through our website, payment gateway, campaign, event, or any official platform associated with RICA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following Donation Terms & Conditions.

1. Voluntary Contribution

• All donations made to RICA are voluntary contributions made out of free will and without coercion.
• Donations are intended to support RICA’s spiritual, educational, meditation, awareness, research, outreach, community, and organizational activities.
• Making a donation does not create ownership, partnership, employment, membership rights, or legal authority within RICA.

2. Use of Donations

• Donations received may be used for operational expenses, educational programs, awareness initiatives, meditation sessions, research activities, digital infrastructure, events, charitable efforts, publications, administration, or any activity aligned with RICA’s mission.
• RICA reserves the right to allocate and utilize donations at its discretion for the development and functioning of the organization.

3. Donation Accuracy

• Donors are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the donation process is accurate and complete.
• RICA shall not be held responsible for errors caused due to incorrect information entered by the donor including email address, mobile number, donation amount, or payment details.

4. Payment Processing

• Donations may be processed through third-party payment gateways, UPI services, banks, wallets, cards, or online payment providers.
• RICA is not responsible for delays, transaction failures, technical issues, banking interruptions, payment gateway downtime, or unauthorized access caused by external service providers.
• Donors are advised to contact their respective bank or payment provider for transaction-related issues.

5. Refund Policy

• All donations made to RICA are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refund requests, if any, shall be considered solely at the discretion of RICA under exceptional circumstances.
• Approved refunds may be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges, taxes, processing fees, or administrative expenses.
• Refund requests must include valid transaction details and proof of payment.

6. Tax & Legal Compliance

• Donors are personally responsible for understanding and complying with applicable tax laws and financial regulations in their jurisdiction.
• RICA does not guarantee tax exemption benefits unless specifically stated and legally applicable.
• Any receipts or acknowledgments issued by RICA shall be subject to applicable laws and organizational policies.

7. Privacy & Donor Information

• RICA respects donor privacy and shall make reasonable efforts to protect personal information submitted during the donation process.
• Donor information may be used for communication, receipts, acknowledgments, updates, newsletters, reports, and organizational purposes.
• RICA does not sell donor information to third parties.
• By donating, donors consent to receive communication related to RICA activities, events, campaigns, and awareness initiatives.

8. Ethical & Lawful Donations

• Donations must not originate from unlawful, fraudulent, prohibited, or unauthorized sources.
• RICA reserves the right to reject, cancel, return, or report any donation suspected to violate applicable laws, regulations, or ethical standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

• RICA, its founders, volunteers, organizers, affiliates, representatives, or associated persons shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, technical, financial, emotional, or consequential damages arising from donation transactions or related activities.
• Donors voluntarily contribute at their own discretion and responsibility.

10. Modification of Terms

• RICA reserves the right to modify, update, revise, or replace these Donation Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of donation facilities after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a donation, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Donation Terms & Conditions.
• Your contribution is voluntary and lawful.
• The information provided by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You agree to comply with all applicable policies and regulations.
