• All donations made to RICA are voluntary contributions made out of free will and without coercion.
• Donations support RICA’s spiritual, educational, meditation, awareness, research, outreach, wellness, and community initiatives.
• Making a donation does not create ownership, employment, partnership, legal authority, or membership rights within RICA.

2. Use of Donations

• Donations may be utilized for educational programs, meditation sessions, awareness activities, publications, research, outreach, operational expenses, digital infrastructure, events, and charitable initiatives.
• RICA reserves the right to allocate donations appropriately for organizational development and mission-oriented activities.

3. Donation Accuracy

• Donors are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during donation is accurate and complete.
• RICA shall not be liable for issues caused due to incorrect information entered by donors.

4. Payment Processing

• Payments may be processed through UPI, banks, payment gateways, wallets, cards, or third-party providers.
• RICA is not responsible for delays, downtime, failed transactions, or technical interruptions caused by external providers.
• Donors should contact their respective payment provider or bank for transaction-related issues.

5. Refund Policy

• All donations are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances at RICA’s discretion.
• Approved refunds may be subject to deduction of processing charges and applicable expenses.

6. Privacy & Donor Information

• RICA respects donor privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect submitted information.
