1. Registration Policy

• Submission of the registration form does not guarantee participation until the registration process and payment are successfully completed.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration without prior notice if necessary for administrative or safety reasons.

2. Payment Terms

• All participation fees must be paid in full through the approved payment methods mentioned on the website.
• Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• Any additional transaction or gateway charges imposed by payment providers shall be borne by the participant.
• The organizers reserve the right to revise event fees, schedules, or inclusions if required.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or the official contact provided.
• Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the organizers.
• In case the event is postponed or cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, organizers may offer rescheduling, credit adjustment, or partial refund at their discretion.
• No refund shall be provided for non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure from the event.

4. Participant Responsibility

• Participants are expected to maintain respectful, disciplined, and cooperative behavior throughout the event.
• The organizers are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or any damage caused during the event.
• Participants shall follow all instructions, schedules, safety guidelines, and accommodation rules communicated by the organizers.
• Any participant involved in misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of camp guidelines may be removed from the event without refund.

5. Health & Safety

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to attend the residential camp or event.
• Any existing medical condition, allergy, or special requirement should be informed in advance during registration.
• In emergency situations, organizers may arrange basic medical assistance; however, all related expenses shall be borne by the participant.

6. Photography & Media Consent

• Photographs, videos, or recordings may be captured during the event for promotional, educational, or documentation purposes.
• By registering, participants grant permission to use such media on websites, social media platforms, brochures, or future event promotions without additional consent or compensation.

7. Changes to Event Schedule

• The organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, speakers, accommodation arrangements, activities, or venue details if required.
• Any significant updates shall be communicated through official channels.

8. General Terms

• Participants agree to comply with all event rules, policies, and instructions issued by the organizers.
• The decision of the organizers regarding event management and participant conduct shall be final and binding.
• By submitting the registration form, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
