Factual stress.. When there is a challenge, the pressure of the moment or you are fired by the urgent, then there is a stress which is natural. It makes you more alert, resourceful, and collect the energies required to fight or flight. At the end of the challenge, there is automatic relaxation.
Psychological stress.. the most scaring mode of our energies. It is due to personal distorted perception of the facts. In this case things are not perceived as they are. Mind manipulates them according to it’s subconscious traumas, fears, desires, beliefs, social – cultural conditioning and translates into stressful event. This leads to continues anxiety, anger, depression, sometimes mental and physical disorders.
The hidden stress… Sometimes the victim is too lost in his worldly stuff and not enough self aware. But at subconscious level, there is a friction between different layers of contradictory stress patterns. Sooner or later the volcano is bound to burst

We create many negative stressful situations by simply assuming that our expectations are self – evident and other should agree with it. Then we are unable to see the things in others point of view.
One cannot escape from the STRESS without healing it’s cause. Addictions will not help. They can damage you violently.
