RICA Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Research Institute of Cosmic Awareness (RICA).
By submitting the membership registration form and becoming a member of RICA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is open to individuals interested in spiritual growth, self-awareness, meditation, consciousness studies, cosmic awareness, and related research activities.
• Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• RICA reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any membership at its sole discretion without prior notice if any activity is found inappropriate, misleading, harmful, or against organizational values.

2. Purpose of Membership

• RICA membership is intended for educational, spiritual, research, awareness, and community participation purposes only.
• Membership does not grant ownership, partnership, employment, or legal authority within the organization.
• Members are encouraged to participate respectfully in events, discussions, meditation sessions, workshops, online activities, and awareness initiatives.

3. Code of Conduct

• Members shall maintain respectful and ethical behavior toward all participants, volunteers, speakers, teachers, and organizers.
• Any abusive, discriminatory, offensive, misleading, political, unlawful, defamatory, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of membership.
• Members shall not misuse RICA’s name, logo, materials, social media presence, or community platforms for personal, commercial, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Privacy & Data Usage

• Information submitted during registration may be used by RICA for communication, membership management, event updates, newsletters, educational materials, announcements, and organizational activities.
• RICA will make reasonable efforts to protect member information and maintain confidentiality.
• RICA does not sell personal information to third parties.
• By registering, members consent to receive emails, WhatsApp messages, notifications, newsletters, and updates related to RICA activities.

5. Intellectual Property

• All RICA content including logos, graphics, videos, research material, teachings, publications, recordings, website content, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of RICA unless otherwise stated.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, recording, resale, or commercial use of RICA materials is prohibited without written permission.

6. Events, Sessions & Participation

• Participation in meditation sessions, workshops, online meetings, research activities, or spiritual discussions is voluntary.
• RICA does not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, psychological, financial, medical, or personal outcomes from participation.
• Members are personally responsible for their own decisions, interpretations, and well-being.

7. Donations & Contributions

• Any donations, contributions, or voluntary support provided to RICA are considered voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Membership approval is not dependent upon donations or financial contributions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• RICA, its founders, volunteers, organizers, affiliates, speakers, and associated members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, personal, emotional, spiritual, financial, or consequential loss arising from participation in any activity or use of any information provided.
• All activities and participation are undertaken at the member’s own discretion and responsibility.

9. Modification of Terms

• RICA reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation or membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Membership Termination

• Members may discontinue participation at any time.
• RICA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if activities are found inconsistent with organizational ethics, community harmony, or applicable laws.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the membership registration form, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• You voluntarily agree to comply with all membership policies.
• You consent to receive communications and updates from RICA.
• The information provided by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
